The California Surfboards board models are designed by hand to perfection, then scanned into our 3D Programs, then made to order and shaped with 100% precision by our state of the art machines, then hand finished by a shaper to add tail edits or wings etc. This is the current state of the art way to make surfboards. If you prefer to have a custom board made to your specs 100% by hand we can do that as well, the choice is yours.
